Clare Kelly is the Director of Glandore, Ireland’s leading provider of flexible workspace. Although Glandore was established in 2001, Clare joined the family business in 2008, along with her sister, Rebecca Kelly, who works as sales director. Their other sister, Fiona Kelly is the director of Suesey Street, Glandore’s on-site restaurant. Clare originally studied occupational therapy in Trinity College Dublin and worked as an occupational therapist in the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Clare believes that her background in occupational therapy has resulted in her passion for workplace wellbeing. Glandore have implemented a workplace wellbeing programme for all of their members. This will see sessions focusing on mental health, mindfulness and fitness, with speakers, events and classes running throughout the year. Having worked in Glandore for almost ten years Clare has seen a number of companies progress and grow from tech superstars like Twitter and Facebook to luxury lifestyle brands like Bulgari and Beats. One thing, at the heart of every organisation within the walls of Glandore is their company culture. At the moment approximately 150 companies call Glandore home, this results in a melting pot of personalities, values and goals.
