(Expert in Mental Health) Psychiatrist/Psychotherapist & stress management consultant, BR Clinic Ltd.
The Hook:

Expert: Brian Carson
(Expert in Endurance Performance and Strength Training) Programme Manager, Food for Health Ireland.
The Hook: Though the marathon is very much an endurance event and traditional training models pursue endurance training alone, novel research from our group at the University of Limerick indicates that strength training can improve key endurance performance parameters, in particular running economy (the energy cost per kilometer run at a given speed).
