The Hook: There are still over 90,000 distressed mortgages in Ireland. New Beginning will host a practical “Join The Tide of Recovery” seminar in The Ashling Hotel, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8 on Tuesday 27thth January at 7.30pm. They are bringing our free of charge “Join The Tide of Recovery” seminars to all four provinces of Ireland. Seminars will be informative and practical gatherings for those in need of real debt advice. The goal of the “Join The Tide of Recovery” National Roadshow is to inform people of their options in relation to debt. The New Year is upon us and 2015 is an important time to give people a proper understanding of the options available to them, including Insolvency and Bankruptcy. Story Idea: Why did a teacher win her recent Equality Tribunal case

The Hook: The Equality Tribunal issued an important decision recently about an interview where a teacher was asked about her views on lesbian and gay teachers. Story Idea: Free training for construction workers to improve quality for home buyers

The Hook: An EU funded programme designed to provide Irish construction workers with the skills to build to high quality low energy standards is been launched in April. This pilot programme, which is open to all trades is aimed at creating a new attitude to quality and tackling the pubic perception of poor standards in the construction sector.
